I listened to your podcast about the [Smith & Nephew] Birmingham hip litigation update. I really appreciated your podcast. I thought it was really thoughtful. Thank you for it. It really helps people like myself out.

Hi Clay, Just wanted to share that I stumbled across your podcast and it has been the most informative that I have come across. I’ve learnt more and enjoyed every minute and entertained people on the train to no end with the shock on my face. Keep up the good work and have a good one!

You are a darn good Lawyer Clay. You helped me over the phone regarding my Pinnacle hip lawsuit when my attorney was [another law firm]. You’re a good man !!!

I want to say that your blogs are the best source of “laymen” explanations I have found. Sure appreciate you explaining in the way you do…and the 4 part piece with the PT post hip replacement came just weeks before my own THA. Please keep it up!

Clay’s blog was most useful in following my case, understanding how the legal system works and what one can expect.

Your free downloadable book is awesome! Well done! Keep fighting for product accountability from these giant manufacturers. They certainly have enough power on their sides so today, somehow, you have renewed my faith in the hopes that compassionate attorneys like you are challenging the industry to do better with safer products. Keep fighting for the innocent people harmed by medical implants.

Thanks for providing independent information about Taxotere for chemotherapy and permanent hair loss. Your honesty and clear information is most helpful.

Thanks for your quick response. Keep the good work up in keeping people notified what’s going on with Depuy and Johnson & Johnson. Thanks again.

Plaintiffs in metal-on-metal hip (MoM) cases around the country owe thanks to Clay Hodges for his tireless advocacy on their behalf. Early on, Clay posted an on-line brochure that served as a virtual guidebook for explaining the nature of the cases on how both attorneys and plaintiffs should think about it. Since then, his articles and posts have provided timely and accurate updates about the litigation when often it was difficult to get reliable news for other sources. And he has done this not just for his clients but all MoM plaintiffs who have agonized to understand this case and what options they might have. For all of us, he has provided far more than just information, but a genuine sense that someone really cares and is in our corner.

To other patients who are experiencing the [Depuy] Pinnacle hip problems. Many as myself are so anxious to hear positive feeds. Mr. Hodges was willing to take time to respond to my needs. I sometimes wonder if we are lost from the loop, just a minute was so appreciated. I feel that he would be at your side with support or to answer any questions.

Clay, thanks so much for the updates on our cases. We really appreciate your professional and personal help in this case. This product has caused a lot of damage to many people and we all applaud the efforts of all the good people like yourself who are on the front lines fighting for us. Bravo to you Clay!!

Yours is the only site that went into any detail about the bellwether cases. And I’ve done a lot of research on this, your attorneys seem to have a better grasp on what’s going on and certainly disseminating information to plaintiffs and the general public. Thank you very much. And again, kudos on your site. It’s the best that I’ve read.
